Delivery and Returns

Supreme Cylinder Heads Delivery And Return Policy.

Delivery:

Supreme Cylinder Head Returns Policy All Cylinder heads are removed from packaging and inspected for quality before delivery.

Fast Delivery Australia wide, two or three days road express . Other delivery options ie: Australia post available. Phone or email for shipping rates.

Goods will be dispatched within one working day after payment is confirmed. Goods only shipped within Australia.

Delivery times advised by Midland Cylinder Heads to the Buyer are estimates only, and the Company shall not be liable to the buyer or any other parties for late delivery or non-delivery.

Delivery will have taken to have occurred when the Goods are off loaded at the Buyer’s nominated address or (where Goods are collected from the Company) upon collection by the Buyer or his agent.

Returns:

Supreme Cylinder Head Returns Policy

Goods will be accepted for return if incorrectly supplied. As part of our service and commitment to quality we inspect each head for quality and correct fitment before dispatch, we will require a return authorization.

Goods approved for return must be resellable, in the original packaging and condition.

Goods will not be accepted for return if a return authorization request is not lodged within 21 days from dispatch date.

Goods correctly dispatched but no longer required will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Freight on all returns must be prepaid.

At Supreme Cylinder Heads We Aim To Provide The Best Service And Quality Available. To this end we use numerous processes to achieve our high standards. All cylinder head machining is carried out in house on specialized, dedicated cylinder head machinery, by professional staff.

Our step by step process for Reconditioning Cylinder Heads

1. Hot washed with special cleaning chemicals

2. Strip heads and examine all parts for wear and replace as required

3. Check Cylinder Head hardness to Manufactures specification

4. Check Cylinder Head for thickness to meet Manufactures specification

5. Check Cylinder Head to see if it is bent

6. All manifold studs removed and threads checked

7. All heads are pressure tested and cast iron heads are crack tested as well

8. Welding and straightening if required is done

9. The Cylinder Head is pressure tested again

10. If required valve guides are renewed

11. Valve seats cut and valves refaced

12. Cylinder Head face is machined

13. Prior to assembly the Cylinder Head is washed again

14. Cylinder Head is reassembled with new valve stem seals

15. Valve clearance is done for models with shim tappets

16. Valve stem heights are set for models with hydraulic tappets

17. Final product is quality checked and then shrink wrapped to protect it from contamination for final dispatch

The above list of Cylinder Head Reconditioning processes covers the major steps and there many other processes that only quality head reconditioners apply.

Cleaning by Sand or Bead Blasting is not carried out on our cylinder heads because it is impossible to guarantee all of the abrasive material is removed from the finished product. Abrasive material can destroy threads and contaminate engine oil.
